Churches & Places of Worship
We are often asked, "What would it take to get you to sing at our church?", and our
answer is always the same - "Just invite us!". From New York and Florida to Maryland and Oklahoma, we've
never set a fixed price for any church service, so if you'd like to have us come
to your church for a concert, homecoming, revival, youth rally, festival
or other event, just invite us. It's not by coincidence that you've come to this page. If you're
interested in scheduling our ministry, please contact us today. God will work out the details.
Ticketed events, town festivals, etc.
Within a 150 mile radius and when no overnight lodging is required (or if you are providing
rooms), we ask for a donation of $1 per round-trip mile with a $350 minimum. Beyond a 150 mile radius and when
overnight travel is necessary and we are responsible for the rooms, we ask for a donation of $1 per round-trip mile
with a $500 minimum.
Benefit Concerts
We are glad to perform several benefit concerts each year. If there is a need that we may be
able to help with, we'd love the opportunity to do so. We will perform such benefit concerts free of any charge
whenever possible within a 50 mile radius and when no overnight travel is required. Beyond that, we will work with
you as best we can in order to meet our expenses only.
General Monetary Policy
Please, please, please...don't take offense or assume that we (or any other ministries you work with) are "in it for the money" just because
we may mention finances when discussing a date with you. We have regular monthly expenses that do not change regardless of how near to home or far
away we're singing, and once those expenses are met, there's very little extra to go around. We'd like to receive a commitment of $2-300 plus an
offering whenever possible, just because offerings alone are often unable to cover expenses. Though our members are reimubursed for their travel
expenses and service, the dedication and sacrifice they put into the ministry far outweighs any monetary help they are provided. Our purpose is
not to sing for money or any other reason, but only to honor the calling that God has placed in each of our hearts. Also, you can rest assured
knowing that we will NEVER spend time begging the audience to give as much as they can in the offering or spend a lot of time pitching the CDs and
products we have available for purchase. We try to mention what we have available and tell what our prices are, but that's where we leave it. We
believe if our presentation is what it should be and the anointing is on our presentation, then people will want to buy our CDs without our
prodding them to do so for an extended time. Our goal is to use as much time as we have available with you to present the gospel in song and
testimony.
We are not a full-time ministry. We do not own a bus.
We travel in a conversion van and tow our equipment in a trailer. Because we are not full-time, trips longer than 2 days are an exception. We
feel that owning a bus at this point would be an unnecessary financial burden on our ministry, which we would then have to pass on to the churches
who'd like to book us. On occassion, we may lease a custom coach or hire a driver for longer-distance trips when rest must become a priority.
